Thank You Sue

Since 2011 Sue Cardinal has been involved wit h the Team Alberta program. She formed the Team Alberta committee with Ted Zylstra. In 2015 the Team Alberta committee expanded and added two new positions. Kirk Jensen took the lead role as Program Director, Sue moved to Director Administration, Ted moved AMRHA Liaison and Kyle Mingo joined as Adult director, responsible for two oldest birth year teams. Three years have passed, and the committee still consists of 4 members, with Aaron Leisman taking over as Adult Director in 2017.  Sue has decided for 2018 that it would be in the best interest for the program to bring in new blood to the committee to take over her role. The program will begin the search for her replacement for 2018 and beyond. Sue has not lost her passion for the sport and has decided to move over to the AMRHA event committee to help with AMRHA tournaments and other events. Everyone who has been a part of the Team Alberta program knows the countless hours Sue has put into the program. This allowed the tryouts to happen, equipment and apparel was ordered, accommodations were booked, meetings were arranged, managers were orientated. All of these things would not have been possible without the dedication and passion of Sue Cardinal.  Sue thank you for your service and Team Alberta, and Alberta Minor Roller Hockey wishes you luck on your next opportunity.
