Instructions for Ordering IDS Pucks

Determine amount of pucks you would like:

• Pucks are only purchased in multiples of 25
• All pucks are a flat rate of $6.00 per unit
• Colors available include Black, Red, Blue and Orange

Choose your shipping option (if you wish to have pucks shipped)

• Amount due is determined by method of shipping, distance shipped and number of pucks in your order
• Pucks will only be shipped after your e-mail money order has been received

Remember to allow time for shipping: small orders allow 2 weeks from time order is made, for large orders allow 3 weeks from time order is made

Make your Purchase: AMRHA will accept cash, cheque or email money order (PayPal)

 Email (info@amrha.com) with the following information:

• Name
• location (city, address, PC)
• quantity
• color (s)
• shipping method (xpress, regular mail, pickup, etc...)
